About OvenLineup
A clear plan for one crowded oven.
OvenLineup is a free cooking schedule planner for Thanksgiving, Christmas, holiday dinners, and ordinary meals with several oven dishes.
Why it exists
Most recipes explain one dish at a time. A real holiday cook has to coordinate all of them in one oven, with different temperatures, limited pan space, resting time, and one fixed moment when everyone expects to eat.
OvenLineup converts those exact constraints into a chronological heat, oven-in, oven-out, and serve timeline. If the menu cannot fit, it says so and identifies the conflict instead of producing a plausible-looking but invalid plan.
What the planner will not do
- It does not invent or silently change recipe temperatures.
- It does not reuse a cook time after a temperature change without confirmation.
- It does not decide when meat or poultry is done.
- It does not upload the names or details of your dishes.
How to use it responsibly
Use recipes and cooking guidance you trust. Enter their oven requirements accurately, allow realistic heating time, and use a food thermometer when appropriate. OvenLineup coordinates the plan; it does not replace the recipe or food-safety guidance.
